We’re reshaping the future of mining in Australia. From our Lake Way Project just 15km south of Wiluna, we’ve produced a premium Sulphate of Potash (SOP) a first for the region. As pioneers in the industry, our focus goes beyond production. We’re driven by sustainability, innovation, and delivering long-term value to agriculture, local communities, and our people.
At SO4, we’re not just building a mine. We’re building a legacy defined by performance, respect, and responsibility. This is your chance to be part of a purpose-led team making a meaningful impact.
People: We trust, respect, and value our team, fostering an environment of integrity and humility.
Ownership: Accountability is key, and we empower our people to own their outcomes.
Nurture: Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We care for our environment and community.
Drive: We pursue excellence with purpose and intent, striving for continuous improvement.
Safety: Safety is non-negotiable; it’s our shared responsibility to protect each other.

Based in our Perth office, you will form part of the People & Capability team ensuring all employees, contractors and visitors receive a positive and memorable experience.
You will be coordinating rosters, flights, accommodation, compliance, and site onboarding, all while using your deep knowledge of INX InFlight and +Process systems.
This role calls for someone who is fast, accurate and enthusiastic about what they do. You will be part of a team that values ownership, customer service, and continuous improvement. If something could work better, we want your ideas. If something needs doing, you are already on it.
