The role

In this vital role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for employees, contractors and visitors heading to site ensuring they’re set up for success before they’ve even arrived. From confirming site entry approvals to managing flight manifests, rosters, and inductions, your coordination will keep everything (and everyone) running on time and on track.

Based in our Perth office, you will form part of the People & Capability team ensuring all employees, contractors and visitors receive a positive and memorable experience.

You will be coordinating rosters, flights, accommodation, compliance, and site onboarding, all while using your deep knowledge of INX InFlight and +Process systems.

This role calls for someone who is fast, accurate and enthusiastic about what they do. You will be part of a team that values ownership, customer service, and continuous improvement. If something could work better, we want your ideas. If something needs doing, you are already on it.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating high-volume site mobilisations with accuracy and care.
  • Communicating with internal departments, contractors, and aviation providers.
  • Managing rosters, flight bookings, accommodation, and compliance in INX.
  • Ensuring all site access, inductions and onboarding requirements are met.
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve processes and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Being the go-to person who keeps everything on track and moving smoothly.

About you

You are an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator within the mining, construction and or FIFO sectors. You love making processes better, faster, and more efficient for everyone.

You are a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment. If you are the type of person to make things happen behind the scenes, are quick-thinking, proactive, and known for your "nothing's too hard" attitude, this role is one to explore and put your best foot forward.

To be successful for this role that you will possess:

  • Proven mobilisation experience in the mining/resources industry (2+ years).
  • Super admin user of INX InFlight and +Process.
  • Excellent time management and a talent for juggling multiple tasks.
  • A team player who is also happy to work independently and take initiative.
  • Someone who gets satisfaction from doing the job well and making it even better next time.
