We’re looking for a hands-on Process Plant Superintendent to lead the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance. This is a leadership-focused role, where you'll be responsible for coordinating people, processes, and maintenance activities to meet production targets.
This role is perfect for a strong leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development.
You will have as a minimum, 10-years industry experience within process plants. Highly regarded will be experience in gold flocculant operation, potash, salt, lithium or rare minerals. You will be able to demonstrate experience in generating cost budgets and forecasts, with significant experience in managing the performance of teams and individuals.
